If you are looking for a great view of the Hong Kong skyline you should get on the ferry at the Tsim Sha Tsui stop and go to the Central. Take The Tram To The Peak
There is a tram that runs all day from 7:00 in the morning until midnight every day. The tram ride will give its passengers time to enjoy the views from the city at different heights as the trams goes up the steep incline. This is another picture perfect opportunity.
Victoria Park
If peace and tranquility are what you are looking for you will find it at Victoria Park. This is located in the middle of the urban jungle and offers many different ways for you to enjoy your day. You can play tennis, swim or just sit by the beautiful lake and relax while enjoying the peace and quiet.
Mid-Levels Escalators
Many people might not find escalators are a sight seeing destination but when you visit the world’s longest outdoor covered escalator system during rush hour it is an experience you will never forget. Not only will you enjoy the people watching adventure but also there are many different bars to stop at along the way up.
Zoological Gardens
This is another must see stop while traveling through Hong Kong. You will be able to visit with a Red-Crowned Crane, Bornean Orangutan and even the most popular Pygmy Marmoset.
Ocean Park
If you are a thrill seeker one of the more popular attractions is Ocean Park. You can enjoy the cable car over the cliff faces that are definitely dramatic and something to make your stomach fall. There are also many more adrenaline rush amusement rides to enjoy as well.
Festival Walk
If you wish to do some shopping you should visit the Festival Walk. This is one of the most well known of the malls. It includes a skating rink on the top floor, large windows that offer spectacular views of Lion Rock, and connections to the MTR and KCR light rail systems as well.
Restaurants
Restaurants are plentiful throughout Hong Kong. You will be able to eat until your stomach is happy just about wherever you travel to in the city.
Jumbo Floating Restaurant
The jumbo floating restaurant is an iconic landmark of Hong Kong. This restaurant took more than four year to build and costs millions of dollars before it was finished. What draws in the tourists as well as the locals is the image of an ancient Chinese palace.
When traveling to Hong Kong you will find that there is so much to do and see that it would be impossible to complete it all within one trip. What is recommended is that before you travel you make a list of things that you want to see and do and stick to the list.
